Do you deliver Nationwide?
Yes! We do same day delivery via Grab or Lalamove for Metro Manila.
We also do next day delivery via LBC* (Possible delay due to COVID-19 Pandemic). Likewise, Pickup in Manila is available from Monday to Sunday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
How fast can you deliver? I need the EC ASAP!
We pride in our commitment to deliver RUSH and FAST.
For Metro Manila orders, delivery can be done within 1 to 2 hours of ordering.
For Provincial orders, we can ship same day (for next day delivery*) just as long as 12PM cut-off is followed. (Possible delay due to COVID-19 Pandemic)
It's already 9PM, Do you arrange delivery during night time?
Yes, we arrange delivery EVEN during night time for Metro Manila.
We are open from 9:00AM to 12MN. However, please note that riders are fewer so the booking may take a while. But do remember that we will do extraordinary measures to make sure that your order will be delivered to you ASAP.
What about Weekends or Holidays? Do you deliver?
Just as long as we are not out of town or on vacation, we are always open and we can arrange delivery.
Can I tell you what specific time you should arrange delivery?
Yes most definitely! You may request the specific day and time you want the delivery to be arranged for your convenience.
Are there any limitations as to where the delivery can be made? What about malls or public areas?
There are no limitations. Subdivision, Condominium, Office, Malls, Restaurant, etc., Just as long as Grab or Lalamove or Speedy or any other courier companies delivers in the area.
Are your products legit and authentic?
Most definitely! All products sold by Plan B Pill Manila are authentic and sourced from USA.
Do I need a prescription for Emergency Contraceptive?
No, prescription is NOT needed and necessary.
Do you have a minimum age as to whom can purchase Emergency Contraceptive?
No, there is no minimum age. Just as long as the buyer understands the side effects of the Emergency Contraceptive, there is no minimum age as to whom we sell to.
Will you wrap my orders discreetly?

What is your refund or return policy?
Our refund/return policy is within 24 hours of purchase. If 24 hours have passed, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in original packaging. At the same time, shipping return fee and all other payment charges must be shouldered by the buyer.
What payment options are available during Night time or Holidays?
Night time or Holidays, buyer can use Paypal, BPI or BDO Online Banking, Gcash and Paymaya.
How will I know if the rider is already here or how can I monitor LBC delivery?
For Grab/Lalamove/Speedy, upon booking of rider, we will provide the Name of the driver, the Mobile #, the plate number and also the link to monitor live.
For LBC, we will provide copy of the waybill or the LBC tracking number.
